Weekly Nutrition Plan
(26-Week Commitment)
This is a 26-week contract that is agreed upon once you purchase this plan option. Your coach, Lindzell, will contact you soon after your subscription to set up your consultation. Throughout the 26 weeks, Lindzell will coach you through the following:
- Personalized nutrition plan with macros which are based on your age, weight, height, and activity level
- TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) Goal: total number of calories you have to burn in a day
- Step goal
- Food list with the foods you love
- Bi-Weekly/Monthly Check-Ins (pictures/videos)
- Flexible dieting plan (eating whatever your heart desires in moderation
- Personalized macro built meal plan
- Show you how to set up your food diary (MyFitnessPal app)
- Sodium level goal
- Fiber level goal
- Importance of NEAT activity
- Monthly Virtual Check-Ins
- Nutrition knowledge to assist you with achieving your fitness goals
