Monthly Nutrition Plan


This is a no-commitment plan that can be canceled at any time. Your coach, Lindzell, will reach out to you soon after your subscription to set up your consultation. Throughout each paid month, Lindzell will coach you through the following:

  • Personalized nutrition plan with macros which are based on your age, weight, height, and activity level
  • TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) Goal: total number of calories you have to burn in a day
  • Step goal 
  • Food list with the foods you love
  • Bi-weekly check-ins (pictures/videos)
  • Flexible dieting plan (eating whatever your heart desires in moderation)
  • Show you how to set up your food diary (MyFitnessPal app)
  • Sodium level goal
  • Fiber level goal
  • Importance of NEAT activity
  • Weekly virtual mental health check-ins
  • Nutrition knowledge to assist you with achieving your fitness goals
